1. Introduction

Welcome to Legends Development. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Products and Services

Legends Development provides FiveM scripts and resources for server owners and developers. Our products are digital goods delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation.

All products are protected by Cfx.re asset encryption with additional ownership validation through Tebex. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of our products is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Service Providers

Our store utilizes the following third-party services for asset protection and payment processing. By purchasing from Legends Development, you also agree to comply with their respective terms and policies:

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products on your own FiveM server(s). This license does not grant you ownership of the product's source code.

Prohibited Actions

  • • Redistribute, resell, or share our products with third parties
  • • Modify and redistribute our products as your own
  • • Use our products on servers you do not own or operate without permission
  • • Attempt to bypass or remove encryption or licensing protections

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • • There is a verified problem with the product that prevents it from functioning as described
  • • Support was not provided within 72 hours of your support request regarding a product issue
  • • The refund is requested within 7 days of the original purchase date

Non-Refundable Situations

  • • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
  • • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • • Issues caused by improper installation or configuration on your end
  • • Incompatibility with unauthorized or modified frameworks
  • • Requests made after the 7-day refund window

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket in our Discord server with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 72 hours.

Note: "Reasonable time" for support response is defined as 72 hours from the time of your initial support request during business operations.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For EU Consumers: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from online purchases of digital content.

However, by purchasing and immediately receiving access to our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you experience technical issues with a product that prevent it from functioning as described, please refer to our Refund Policy eligibility criteria above, which remain available to you.

5. Support

We provide support for our products through our official Discord server. Support includes:

  • • Installation assistance
  • • Configuration help
  • • Bug reports and fixes
  • • General questions

Support does not include custom modifications, third-party integrations, or issues caused by conflicts with other resources on your server.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide access to our products for the duration of the subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. After expiration, access to subscription-exclusive products will be revoked.

7. Gift Cards & Promotional Codes

Legends Development may offer gift cards, discount codes, and promotional coupons through various channels including giveaways, special events, and marketing campaigns. The following terms apply to all promotional offers:

  • 1. All gift cards and promotional codes won through giveaways expire 30 days from the date of issuance
  • 2. Gift cards and promotional codes are only valid for purchases of $10.00 or more
  • 3. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • 4. Gift cards and promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • 5. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time without prior notice

Important: Expired promotional codes cannot be reinstated or extended. Please ensure you redeem any promotional offers before their expiration date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Legends Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the EU member state in which Legends Development operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection law.

Data Collection by Legends Development

Our website collects minimal data to improve your experience:

  • • Experience Improvement Cookies: With your consent, we use cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us identify usability issues and improve the browsing experience. These cookies track page views, clicks, and anonymized session data. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
  • • No User Accounts: We do not operate user accounts or store login credentials on our platform.

Third-Party Data Processing

All payment processing and product delivery is handled by third-party services. When you make a purchase, your personal and payment data is processed by:

  • Tebex (Payment Processor) - Processes your payment information, billing address, email, and purchase details. We do not have access to your credit card numbers or full payment details.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All FiveM scripts, resources, code, documentation, graphics, user interfaces, visual designs, and other materials provided by Legends Development (collectively, the "Products") are and remain the exclusive property of Legends Development.

Our Products are protected by international copyright laws, trade secret laws, and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Legends Development.

Your Limited License

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely as outlined in Section 3 (License) of these Terms.

Important: You do not acquire ownership of the underlying source code, assets, or intellectual property. You are purchasing a license to use the Product, not the Product itself.

Trademarks

"Legends Development," the Legends Development logo, and all related product names, logos, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Legends Development. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that content on our website or platform infringes your copyright, please contact us via Discord with the following information:

  • • A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • • The location (URL or file name) of the infringing material
  • • Your contact information (email address, Discord username)
  • • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will investigate legitimate copyright claims and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEGENDS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • • Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
  • • Warranties of non-infringement
  • • Warranties that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

No Guarantees

We do not warrant or guarantee that:

  • • Products will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • • Products will be compatible with all third-party resources, mods, or frameworks
  • • Products will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
  • • Products will work with modified, unauthorized, or outdated FiveM versions
  • • Any defects or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe
  • • Your use of our products will be uninterrupted or secure

Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of our products is at your sole risk. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and functionality, but digital products may contain bugs, compatibility issues, or unexpected behavior.

EU Consumer Rights Notice

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your rights to conformity of digital content and remedies for defective products under applicable consumer protection regulations.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legends Development, its operators, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

  • • Your use or misuse of our products, including any consequences of running our scripts on your FiveM server
  • • Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights
  • • Content you create or distribute using our products
  • • Your server operations, including but not limited to player complaints, data breaches, or illegal activities on your server
  • • Your breach of any representations or warranties made in these Terms
  • • Unauthorized use of our products by third parties through your account or server

This indemnification obligation includes defending us against any claims and paying any judgments, settlements, or costs awarded against us.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of our services.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

In such case, the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent, or if that is not possible, it shall be severed entirely. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Gift Card Terms, and any product-specific documentation or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legends Development regarding your use of our products and services.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, proposals, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and Legends Development concerning our products and services.

No Oral Modifications: No employee, agent, representative, or moderator of Legends Development has authority to modify these Terms or make binding promises outside of these written Terms. Any modifications must be made in writing and officially published to this Terms of Service page.

18. Age Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum Age

To purchase products from Legends Development, you must meet one of the following age requirements:

  • • 16 years or older with explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms, OR
  • • 18 years or older (no parental consent required)

Users under 16 years old are not permitted to make purchases from Legends Development under any circumstances.

Parental Consent (Ages 16-17)

If you are between 16 and 17 years old:

  • • You must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchase
  • • Your parent/guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Service
  • • Your parent/guardian is legally responsible for all purchases and agrees to be bound by these Terms
  • • We may request verification of parental consent at any time

Legal Capacity

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

  • • You meet the age requirements stated above
  • • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • • All information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • • You have obtained necessary parental consent if you are under 18

Verification

Legends Development reserves the right to request age verification or parental consent verification at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in suspension or termination of access to purchased products without refund.

19. Termination & Suspension

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • • Violation of Terms: Breach of any provision of these Terms of Service
  • • Piracy or Redistribution: Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution of our products
  • • License Circumvention: Attempting to bypass, remove, or disable encryption, licensing protections, or ownership validation systems
  • • Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or other deceptive practices
  • • Illegal Use: Using our products for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • • Abuse or Harassment: Harassment of our team, moderators, or other customers
  • • Multiple Refund Abuse: Pattern of excessive refund requests indicating bad faith

Effects of Termination

Upon termination or suspension:

  • • Your license to use our products is immediately revoked
  • • You must cease all use of our products and remove them from your servers
  • • You will lose access to all purchased products and updates
  • • You will lose access to support services
  • • No refunds will be provided if termination is due to your breach of these Terms

Survival

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination. Sections concerning intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, warranty disclaimers, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

20. Payment Terms & Chargebacks

Currency & Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment Processing

  • • All payments are processed securely by Tebex, our authorized third-party payment provider
  • • We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card information or full payment details
  • • By making a purchase, you agree to Tebex's payment terms, conditions, and privacy policy
  • • Payment is due immediately upon order placement

Taxes & Additional Fees

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes (such as VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes) which may be added at checkout based on your billing location. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes and fees. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method and location.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, this constitutes fraud and abuse of payment dispute systems.

Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks:

  • • Immediate and permanent termination of your license and access to all products
  • • No refunds or credits will be provided
  • • You will be permanently banned from making future purchases
  • • We reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek damages, including chargeback fees and legal costs
  • • Your information may be shared with fraud prevention services

Legitimate Payment Disputes: If you have a legitimate concern about a charge or payment issue, you must contact our support team via Discord BEFORE initiating a chargeback. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any genuine payment disputes.

Valid reasons to contact support (not chargeback) include: unauthorized charges, duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, product not received, or technical issues preventing product use.

21. Force Majeure

Legends Development shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms)
  • • War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
  • • Government actions, regulations, or embargoes
  • • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • • Internet service provider failures or network outages
  • • Third-party platform outages (FiveM/Cfx.re servers, Tebex payment systems)
  • • Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or hacking incidents
  • • Power outages or telecommunications failures
  • • Acts of God or other unforeseeable events

In the event of force majeure, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption and notify affected customers when possible.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days and significantly impacts product delivery or service availability, you may request a refund for products purchased but not yet delivered. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

22. Assignment & Transfer

Your Restrictions

You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service or your license to use our products to any third party without our prior written consent.

Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this section is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Our Rights

Legends Development may freely assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction or notification, including to any successor entity, parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or in connection with any merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

23. Waiver

Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power, or privilege.

No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege shall preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power, or privilege.

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Legends Development. No waiver shall be implied from conduct or failure to enforce rights.
